Patient Centered Medical Home
Mali and Mali Pediatrics is working toward a certification
called the Patient Centered Medical Home or PCMH. This
process is intended to improve the quality of care that we
provide to your children, especially those with special
needs or chronic illnesses. Since most of the work goes
on behind the scenes, your office experience will be
unchanged. You will receive a handout about PCMH on
your next visit to our office, and our website will be
updated with similar information.

Payments at Check In
Beginning on June 28th, 2011 all copays, deductibles,
and balances will be collected at the time of check in. This
change is due to our new billing and electronic records
systems, and will help speed up the check out process.

Electronic Medical Records
On June 28th, Mali and Mali Pediatrics will be implementing an electronic medical records system, a new billing system, and a new communication system. You will notice some changes in how we function in the office, but we will continue to deliver the same great care for your children.

Extended Hours
We have extended our hours until 6:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
